St. Stephen native David Ganong is president of Ganong Bros. Limited, Canada’s oldest candy company. During his tenure, David Gaining has grown the company to its currents staff complement of 400 people. In 1984, he helped launch the St. Stephen Chocolate Festival. Mr. Ganong has also served as a member of UNB’s Board of Governors since 1992.
