Sir James Dunn was elected to the Canadian Business Hall of Fame in 1989.  Described by his friend and fellow New Brunswicker Lord Beaverbrook as “the foremost industrial genius that Canada has produced,” Sir James Hamet Dunn took over the bankrupt Algoma Steel Corporation and turned it into one of the most efficient steel producers on the continent.

 

Sir James Dunn a été intronisé au Temple de la renommée des affaires du Canada en 1989.  Son grand ami et compatriote Lord Beaverbrook a dit le lui qu’il était <l’industriel le plus influent du Canada>.  Sir James Hamet Dunn a pris le contrōle de l’Algoma Steel Corporation qui était près de la faillite et en a fair le producteur le plus efficace d’acier du continent.
